I offer individual, family as well as couples counselling, where I aim to support each individual on their healing journey towards meaningful and sustainable change. I utilize a holistic integrative approach to wellness, which I customize alongside my clients based on the challenges they are experiencing. I honor your time and financial investment. For this reason, I pride myself on working in a respectful, yet direct manner, which differs from more traditional therapy. Together we will set goals and review progress at regular intervals in order to ensure you are getting the most out of each and every session. 

Individual

Do you feel overwhelmed, unsatisfied, or disengaged from your life? At times it is difficult to know how we got to this place, and at other times an event (trauma) takes place which can leave us not recognizing ourselves or our life. Therapy offers a safe validating space to heal and rediscover how you want to show up in your life.

Couples/Families

Has the spark gone out? Do you find yourself yelling more than you want to? Walking on eggshells around each other? We change and so do our relationships. With support it often can be possible to learn how to communicate more effectively, find joy in the relationship and rebuild any trust that has been lost.

Group

Group Counselling is offered throughout the year on a variety of topics, including grief, parenting, self-esteem, emotional eating and depression. Upcoming groups will be available for enrolment on the website. Please feel free to reach out if you have a custom request.
